Shipping Delivery Policy
1. After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs some time to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2. The estimated delivery window is based on historical data, including data regarding when most orders were delivered. In most cases, the package should be delivered within the estimated delivery window. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, processing delays, carrier delays, and other factors. The delivery time frame will be longer for orders that include preorder and/or customized items. Additionally, during peak periods and sales campaigns, delivery may take longer. Delivery may also take longer to rural areas.
3. For most orders shipped internationally, a non-refundable handling fee will be applied to cover our extra warehouse storage, packaging, clearance, and logistics management expense. The exact amount of such handling fee will vary depending on the total value of the goods subject to the handling fee. The handling fee applicable to each order will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order (and is included in the "Grand Total" amount shown on the order summary page). The handling fee may be subject to sales tax depending on the applicable state regulations
4.If you find that your package has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact customer service within 45 days of the payment date so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed. Please note that: 1) If the tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or 2) Your package includes missing/incorrect items or other logistics issues, you should contact us within 45 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information page.
5. Please click the "Confirm Delivery" button within 6 months (from the date of shipment).
6. Products will be shipped from different warehouses based on optimal inventory allocation. Each warehouse may have different shipping fees and free shipping policies, allowing you to make flexible purchases according to your needs. On the checkout page, you will see the shipping fee for each warehouse as well as the total shipping cost, making it easy for you to clearly understand the final shipping and fee details.
Canceling items might affect your order's eligibility for free shipping. If, after cancellation, your order no longer meets the criteria for free shipping, you will be required to pay the applicable shipping fee.
